ORDER :

This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking the following relief:

“….to issue a Writ, order or orders, more

particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not issuing the Pattadar Pass Book in favour of the petitioner for the land in Survey No.206, Khatha No.78 an extent of Ac.1.06 gts, situated at Narayanagiri Village, Dharmasagar Mandal, Hanumakonda District (erstwhile Warangal District) is

arbitrary and illegal and also in violation of provisions contemplated under Telangana Rights in Lands of Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2020 consequently direct the respondents to mutate and issue Pattadar pass book to the petitioner and to pass.…”
