This writ petition is filed seeking following relief:

“To declare the inaction of the respondents in not taking action on the representation dated 09.10.2014, as illegal and arbitrary.”

2. Sri Putta Krishna Reddy, learned Standing counsel for respondent No.1 is present.

3. No representation on behalf of the petitioner despite the matter being listed under the caption “For Dismissal”. It appears that petitioner has no interest to pursue the matter.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for non-

prosecution. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand dismissed.
