This writ petition is filed seeking following relief:

“….to Issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus by declaring the action of the Official Respondent Nos.1 to 3 more particularly Respondent No.3 in issuing the impugned notice dt.09-0l-2014 vide Lr.No.91757/TC7/T5/GHMC/2014 in recalling the Writ Petitioner Assessment Order dt.03-12- 2013 inspite of receiving the reply from him on 15-01-2014, as ultra-vires to the provision GHMC Act, arbitrary, illegal, highhanded and by acting in excess of jurisdiction and consequently this Hon’ble Court may direct the Respondent No.3 not to recall the Assessment Order dt.03-12-2013 vide proceeding No.1007005548 in the interest of justice and may pass....”

2. Ms.Sumathi, learned counsel representing Sri CH.Janardhan Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Midde Arun Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 are present.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner represented that they have no instructions to proceed with the matter.

4. Recording the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand dismissed.
