ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of

India seeking the following relief:

“… to issue a writ, or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents No. 3 and 4 in not taking any steps to stop the illegal construction made by the Respondents No. 5 to 7 by violating the orders of the Honble II Addl. Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy at L.B. Nagar passed in OS No. 1206 of 2016, dated 10.09.2016 as illegal, arbitrary and violation of Article 14 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents to take necessary steps in stopping the illegal

structures made by the respondents No. 5 to 7 and pass...”
