O R D E R:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution
of India seeking the following relief/s:-
“…to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the official respondents in not taking any action against the unofficial respondents basing on the representations and complaints made by the petitioner on 12.01.2015 and 13.05.2015 is illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the official respondents to consider the representations/complaints filed by the petitioner and to take action against the unofficial
respondents as per law and to pass...”
2. Heard Mr. Kondaparthi Srinivasa, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Bhuvanagiri Sridhar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home
appearing for respondent Nos.4 and 5.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause of action in the present writ petition no longer survives for adjudication and, therefore, seeks dismissal of the writ petition
as infructuous.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home raises no
objection to the said submission.
