appearing on behalf of the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Endowments, appearing on behalf of respondent Ns.1 and 2 and Sri Ch.Satish Kumar, learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of
respondent No.3.
2. With the consent of the parties, the present writ
petition is disposed of.
3. The present writ petition is filed under Article 226 of
Constitution of I ndia seeking the following relief
“…to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in rejecting the proposals of the 3rd respondent for regularization of the petitioner on retrospectively communicated by proceedings in Memo. Rc.No.B1/3171/2019, dated 03-08-2019 of the 2nd respondent as illegal, arbitrary and set aside the same and consequently to direct the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner with retrospective basis with effect from 14-01-1997 with all consequential benefits like seniority, revision of pay scales, 1999, 2003, 2008
and 2013 and pensionery benefits and to pass...”
