O R D E R:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution
of India seeking the following relief/s:-
“…to issue any writ, order or direction, particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus, declaring the action of the Respondents in interfering with day to day affairs of the petitioner by calling the petitioner and her husband to the police station and compelling, coercing the petitioner to enter into a compromise/settlement without jurisdiction in a matter of civil nature as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondent to not to interfere with the possession of the petitioners property situated at B- 15, SBH Colony, Saidabad, Hyderabad and the and consequently direct the Respondents to not to interfere with petitioners day to day
activities unlawfully and to pass.......”
2. Heard Mr.Gopala Rao Amancharla V, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Srinivas, learned Assistant Government
Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause of action in the present writ petition no longer survives for adjudication and, therefore, seeks dismissal of the writ petition as
infructuous.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader raises no objection to
the said submission.
5. Recording the submissions of both learned counsel, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
