representing Sri Habeeb Abubakar Alhamed, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner on record and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services

(Home) appearing on behalf of the respondents.

2. The petitioner approached the Court seeking prayer

as under:

“…to issue a writ, order or direction more in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring that the action on the part of the Respondents in not promoting the petitioner to the post of Assistant Commandant of Police and also not considering the acquittal of the petitioner by the judgment dated 20/06/2022 in C.C.No.39 of 2019 on the file of Junior Civil Judge cum Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Luxettipet as arbitrary, illegal and in

violation of law and be pleased to pass…”
