Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant

Government Pleader for Mines and Geology appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2. With their consent, this writ petition is being taken up for disposal at

the admission stage itself.

2. This writ petition has been filed seeking the following prayer:-

“to declare the impugned notice No.1672/Vigilance/2024 dated 26.08.2025 issued by the 2^nd respondent to the petitioner in directing the petitioner to submit documentary evidence for the seized sand 900 MT in Sy No.704/3, Paidipalli village, Warangal Mandal and District on 25.08.2025 as bad in law, arbitrary, unjust and high handed one and

consequently set aside the same.”

3. Brief facts stated in this writ petition are that the petitioner is a business entrepreneur and after obtaining valid licenses, petitioner is running cement pipes business under name and style M/s.Kalyani Pipe Company at Paidipalli Village, Warangal Mandal and District.
