JUDGMENT:

The present MACMA is filed by the claimant being aggrieved by

the order dated 01.08.2023 passed in M.V.O.P.No.1357 of 2019by the Chairman, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal-cum-XV Additional Chief

Judge, City Civil Courts at Hyderabad (for Short ‘the Tribunal’).

The facts leading to the filing of MVOP by the claimant before the learned Tribunal are that on 07.02.2019, after completion of his life stone works at Sattenapalli, while hewas returning to Madala village and on the way, at about 3 p.m., when he reached near Five Lamp Centre, Sattenapalli, one lorry bearing No.AP-07TJ-8049 came from Guntur bus stand at high speed, in rash and negligent manner and dashed the claimant from back side, due to which, the claimant fell down and the lorry went on the hands of claimant, as a result, the claimant sustained fracture of right hand and other injuries all over the body. Immediately after the accident, the claimant/injured was shifted to Govt. Area Hospital, Sattenapalli for treatment and thereafter shifted to Susmitha Ortho & Trauma Care Hospital, Narasaraopet for better treatment. On information, the
