1. I.A.No.1 of 2025 is an application filed by the appellant for condonation of delay of 141 days in filing of the Commercial Court
Appeal.
2. We have heard learned counsel appearing for the appellant
as well as the respondent.
3. The Appeal arises out of a judgment dated 04.11.2024 passed by the learned Principal Special Court in the cadre of District Judge for Trial and Disposal of Commercial Disputes, at Hyderabad (‘Commercial Court’) in a petition filed by the appellant
under section 9 of The Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
4. The Commercial Court dismissed the said petition by the
impugned order dated 04.11.2024.
5. The application for condonation of delay gives four dates in the affidavit filed in support of the Application for condonation of delay.
