Heard Sri S.Surender Reddy, learned counsel

appearing on behalf of the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Medical Health and Family Welfare appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos.1, 2, 4, 5 and 6 and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue

appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos.3 and 7.

2. The petitioner approached this Court seeking the

prayer as under:

“….to issue a writ, order or direction more

particularly one in the nature of Writ of MANDAMUS to declare the impugned order issued vide Rc. No.E1/3535/2016 dated 14.06.2017 wherein removing the petitioner from service as Junior Assistant without conducting enquiry as per rules specified under TSCS Rules 1991, and its consequential orders issued in Rc.No.5458/VC.B/ 2013 dated 17.09.2018 rejected the appeal submitted by the petitioner and the orders issued in Proc.Rc.No.5458/VC/B/2013/966 dated 17.05.2022 as illegal arbitrary and unconstitutional and set aside the same and contrary to principles of natural justice with a consequential direction to respondents to

reinstate the petitioner into service as Junior Assistant with all conseque
