ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the

Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short ‘C.R.P.C’) by the petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.1 to quash the proceedings against him in Crime No.133 of 2024 on the file of the Kollur Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 471 of the Indian Penal

Code, 1860.

2. Heard Mr. S. Ram Babu, learned Counsel, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional

Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent No.1-State.

3. The petitioner is arrayed as accused in Crime No.133 of 2024, registered for the offences under Sections 420 and 471 of

the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that charge

sheet has been filed against the petitioner.

5. In view of this development and the necessity to amend the pleadings and annex relevant materials, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file fresh petition, if so advised. With this observation the present petition is disposed of.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
