ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking following relief:

“For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is prayed that this

Hon’ble Court may be pleased to pass order or orders one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the in action of Respondent No. 2, 3 and 4 for not disposing the Representation made by the petitioner dated 15-04-2025 and Correction and Mutation and issuance of Digital Pass book and Uploading the name of the Petitioner in Dharani Portal in respect of the Land admeasuring Ac. 2.2400 gts in Sy. No. 126/ఇ situated at Dandumailaram Village, Ibrahimpatnam Mandal, Ranaga Reddy District., and to declare the action of the respondent is totally illegal, against law, ultra-virus and violations of principles of Natural Justice and also the provisions of the Telangana Rights in land and Pattedar pass book Act, 2020 and violation of Article 300-A of the Constitution of India and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit in the

circumstances of the case.”
