O R D E R:

This Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash the

proceedings against the petitioner/accused No.2 in C.C.No.886 of 2018 on the file of the learned I Additional Junior Civil Judge- cum-XII Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Medchal-Malkajgiri

District, at Kukatpally (for short, “the trial Court”).

2. Heard Mr.T.B.B.Krishna Mohan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.E.Ganesh, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor

appearing for respondent No.1-State.

3. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, by filing the copy of e-Courts proceedings, submits that C.C.No.886 of 2018 has ended up in acquittal vide judgment dated 04.12.2024 and no further orders are required in this Criminal Petition. Therefore,

he seeks to dismiss this Criminal Petition as infructuous.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner concedes to the said

request.

5. Recording the submissions of both learned counsel and taking the copy of e-Courts proceedings onto the file, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
