This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482

of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 by the petitioner/accused No3, seeking to quash the Cr.No.340 of 2023 on the file of Gajwel Police Station, registered for the offences under Sections 420, 419, 418, 423 r/w 34

of Indian Penal Code, Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C.

2. No representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on written instructions, submitted that charge sheet is laid before the competent criminal Court and therefore, the

Criminal Petition has become infructuous.
