O R D E R:

This Writ Petition is filed under Art 226 of Constitution of

India seeking the following relief/s:-

“…to issue a writ order or direction more particularly, one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to declare the actions of the Respondent.no.5 in issuing the Notice vide Lr.No.SAPST/01/2024 dt: 01-12-2024 and also in interfering in renovation of house of the Petitioner in House bearing No.4-7-153, admeasuring 125 Sq.yards (Out of 167 Sq. Yards) covered in Survey.No.367 situated at Panduranga Nagar, Attapur Village, Rajendranagar, Ranga Reddy District, Telangana State, as illegal and violative of principles of natural justice and contrary to the Article 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents No.3 to 5 not to interfere with the possession, enjoyment and construction of the Petitioner in aforesaid House Premises and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the

circumstances of the case…”
