This Writ Petition is filed with the following relief:

“…to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in illegally trying to restrict the business of the petitioner i.e., purchasing, collecting and lifting of Chicken Waste Product in Nizampet, Medchal Malkajgiri and Serilingampally and surrounding area as highly illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and against the Principles of Natural Justice and also in violation of the rights guaranteed under Article 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to restrict/ obstruct the petitioner and not to interfere into the peaceful business of the petitioner without following the due process of the law and to
