This Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of

Mandamus declaring the inaction of respondent Nos.2 to 5 in removing the encroachments made by respondent No.8 on the 40 feet public road situated towards eastern side of the property belonging to LIC Society in Sy.No.20 (new), Yellareddyguda, Hyderabad, and also not completing the work of laying CC road, as

arbitrary and illegal.
