This Writ Petition is filed with the following relief:
“…to issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction, especially one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents No. 1 to 3 to take all necessary steps to give effect to the direction of Honble Supreme Court contained in para 111 of the judgment in Lalita Kumari Vs Govt of UP reported in 2014 (2) SCC 1, in case of any complaint registered against the petitioner and pass.......”

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause of action in the present writ petition no longer survives for adjudication and, therefore, seeks dismissal of the writ petition
as infructuous.
4. Recording the submissions of both learned counsel, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
