1. This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution

of India seeking the following relief:-

“.. … … to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent Nos.3 to 8 in harassing the petitioner and his family members on the ground of collecting the monthly installment dues, as illegal and arbitrary and in violation of Reserve Bank of India Circular bearing No.RBI/2022-23/108, DOR.ORG.REC.65/21.04.158/2022-23 dated 12.08.2022 and further to direct the respondent Nos.3 to 8 to

follow Circular dated 12.08.2022 issued by respondent No.2.”
