This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking the following relief:

“...pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, order or

direction more particularly one in the. nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent in interfering with peaceful possession and enjoyment of petitioners lands i.e. an extent Ac.01-00 extent of 00-20 Guntas, extent of Ac.00-10 Guntas, extent of 00-10

Guntas totally admeasuring Ac.02-00 out of Ac.03-00, in Survey No.51/8 and 52/8, situated at Bahadurguda Village and Gram Panchayath, Shamshabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, without following due process of law as being illegal, arbitrary and against to principles of natural justice and Art.300A of the Constitution of India, 1950 and consequently direct the 4th respondent not to interfere with peaceful possession and enjoyment
