This writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondent

Nos.2 to 4 in not collecting the examination fee from the petitioner as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct respondent Nos.2 to 4 to collect the fee from the petitioner and allow the petitioner to writ the examination scheduled to be held in the month of November,

2016.

issue pertains to collection of fee and permitting the petitioner to write the examinations scheduled to be held in the month of November, 2016, and therefore, the writ petition has become infructuous.

5. Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Higher Education, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
