In this writ petition, the petitioners are seeking a direction to

the respondents to include their names in the final voters list and permit them to participate and cast their votes in ensuing Grampanchayat Elections of Neelapally Village, Basheerabad

Mandal, Vikarabad District, Tandur Constituency.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned No.1 & 3 to 5, Sri P.Sudheer Rao, learned Standing counsel for State Election Commission appearing for respondent No.2 and the

No.6 to 8.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that petitioners have been issued voter I.D’s, however, their names were not included in the voters list and they are not permitted to vote. The petitioners have also filed copy of representation made on

05.12.2025 to MPDO to include their names in the voters list.
