In this writ petition, the petitioner is aggrieved by the

inaction on the part of the respondents No.1 and 2 in conducting an enquiry pursuant to the representation of the petitioner dated 22.09.2025 with regard to the irregularities committed by the respondent No.6 in collusion with respondents No.3 and 4 in the Procurement of the paddy,

Kistapur Village, Jaipur Mandal, Mancherial District.

2. The Learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies

has obtained written instructions, according to which based on the above complaint of the petitioner, the Commissioner of Civil

Supplies, Telangana, has constituted a Task Force Team to conduct an enquiry and the Task Force Team, Civil Supplies, Hyderabad, is on the job and the report is awaited. The person against whom the allegations were made has also filed an application to implead to this writ petition.
