This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of

Constitution of India seeking the following relief/s:-

“… to issue an order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent Nos.4 and 5 in non-considering the F-Line Application through vide No.DER022501222820, dated: 30.09.2025 and non-conducting the survey and demarcation on the land of the Petitioner to an extent of land Ac.4-00Gts in Survey no.392/57/e, totaling to an extent of Ac.4.00 Gts which is situated at Alwal Village and Keshampeta Mandal, Ranga Reddy District and non- initiating to fix the boundaries to the agriculture land of the Petitioner is illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and violation of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of Constitution of India and also violation of Principles of Natural Justice and consequently direct the Respondent Nos.4 and 5 to consider the F-Line application throug
