This writ petition is filed seeking following relief:

“…to issue a writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd Respondent in not permitting the petitioner to appear for the examinations for Phase-II and Phase-III MBBS Course, for completing his course in terms of the Regulations on Graduate Medical Education, 1997 issued by the 3rd respondent, by considering the representation submitted by the petitioner in the month of February, 2013, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 14 of the Constitution of Iridia apart from being violative of Principles of natural justice and consequently set aside the proceedings of the 2nd respondent in Reference No.1770/MBBS/BDS/RA/EA1/2012, dated 29-08-2012

being illegal by declaring that the re-admission regulations issued by the 2nd respondent in the year 2012-13 are not ap
