This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of

India seeking the following relief:

“…to issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 3^rd respondent in pressurizing and coercing the petitioner to present before the 3^rd respondent Commission on the behest the respondent No.5, as illegal, arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice and consequently direct respondent No.3 not to call the petitioner to appear before the 3^rd respondent Commission and not to interfere with personal me, liberty of the petitioner and pass such an order or orders as this Honorable Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case in the interest of justice,

equity, and good conscience and to pass......”
