This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the

Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:

“…to issue Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature

of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 in not taking any action on the representations submitted by the Petitioners regarding the non implementation of the 2016 AICTE Pay Scales, Non-implementation of the increased Dearness Allowance and Non-payment of salaries, by the Respondent No.5 College, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional for violating Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India, 1950 and consequently direct the Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to take action against the Respondent No.5 College for non-implementation of the 2016 AICTE Pay Scales, Non-payment of Dearness Allowance, Non-paymen
