This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to declare the

inaction of respondent No.2 in considering his representation dated 26.11.2025 for removing the encroachment of public road made by respondent No.3 in Annavaram Satyanaran Swamy Nagar Colony, situated in Survey No.186, Nadergull, Badangpet Municipality, Ranga

Reddy District, as being illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.
