This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of

India seeking the following relief:

“…to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly, one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, to declare the inaction of the respondent Nos. 2 to 5 herein in investigating into Cr. No. 494/2018 for the offences U/Sections 3(1)(s) of SC ST (POA) Act, 2015 and 506 r/w 34 IPC, though the said crime is registered on 22-9-2018 as being illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and contrary to the provisions of Rule 7 of the SC/ST (POA) Act and consequently direct the respondent police to complete the investigation in accordance with the Law and to file the charge sheet before the competent Court, and to grant such other relief or

reliefs…”
