This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India

to declare the action of the 5^th respondent in registering FIR No.341 of 2016 on the file of II Town Police Station, Nalgonda under Sections 506, 507 IPC and 3(1) (r) (s) of Schedule Caste/Schedule Tribunal

(Prevention of Atrocity) Act and to set aside the same.

2. The petitioners are arrayed as accused Nos.1 and 2 in Crime No.341 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under 506, 507 IPC and 3(1) (r) (s) of Schedule Caste/Schedule Tribunal (Prevention

of Atrocity) Act.
