This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution

of India seeking the following relief/s:-

“…to issue a writ order or direction particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2^nd respondent in not considering the representation dated 29.08.2023 submitted by the petitioner to the 2^nd respondent requesting to mutate the name of the petitioner in the revenue records in respect of lands in Sy.No.458/1A/1/1/2 admeasuring Ac.1.00 gts, situated at Vattinagulapally village, Gandipet mandal, Ranga Reddy district, as per the registered Will Deed dated 18.08.2018 registered as document No.77/BK-III/2018 by deleting the name of the 5th respondent in the revenue records by cancelling mutation granted in favour of 5^th respondent in respect of lands in Sy.No.458/1A/1/1/2 admeasuring Ac.1.00 gts, situated at Vattinagulapally village, Gandipet mandal, Ranga Reddy district, as illegal and also to declare the mutation effected in favour of the

5^th respondent on the basis of Legal Heir cum Family Member affidavit attested by the XVII Special Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad dated 6.2.2019 as illegal and without jurisdiction, violative of Principles of Natural Justice, consequently direct the 2^nd and 4^th respondents to mutate the name of the petitioner in the revenue records in respect of lands in Sy.No.458/1A/1/1/2 admeasuring Ac.1.00 gts situated at Vattinagulapally village, Gandipet mandal, Ranga Reddy district and issue pattadar passbook in favour of the petitioner in respect of the aforesaid lands…”

2. Heard Mr.A.Prabhakar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4.

Perused the record.

3. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks a direction to respondent Nos.2 to 4 to examine the representation dated 29.08.2023 submitted by the petitioner pending before respondent No.2.

4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue seeks short span of time to dispose of the representation dated

29.08.2023 submitted by the petitioner.

5. Having regard to the submissions of both the learned counsel and upon considering the material available on record, this Court is inclined to dispose of the Writ Petition by directing respondent Nos.2 to 4 to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 29.08.2023 submitted by the petitioner, strictly in accordance with law by issuing necessary notices to the petitioner and all interested witnesses and affording them sufficient opportunity of hearing, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of ninety (90) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till such time, the parties to this writ petition are directed to maintain status quo obtaining as on today, in all respects, in respect of the subject property.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
