Heard Mr. Dr. D.Kaval Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner;

Mr. K.Ravi Mahender, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC, appearing

for respondents No.2 to 4; and perused the material on record.

2. Learned Standing Counsel for GHMC submitted that this writ petition is not maintainable. The impugned notice vide Lr. No.1169/C27/ TPS/KPZ/GHMC/2025/2 dated 19.11.2025 was issued to the petitioner in compliance of the order dated 08.10.2025 passed by this Court in W.P. No.30436 of 2025. The said writ petition was disposed directing respondent No.3 not to give effect to the demolition order for a period of two (2) months and further giving liberty to the petitioner to apply for revised plan or file regularization application under Sections 455A and 455AA of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955 (for short ‘GHMC Act’).
