ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed with the following relief:

“Issue a writ or an order or a direction, more particularly a Writ in the nature of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent Nos.2 to 4 in interfering in the civil disputes existing in between the petitioners and 5^th respondent and calling the petitioners to the police station and asking to sit hours together as illegal, improper and violative of Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent Nos.2 to 4 not to interfere in the civil disputes existing in between the petitioners and

the 5^th respondent ….”

2. None appears on behalf of the petitioners.

3. The Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that the allegations made by the petitioner, pertaining to alleged interference by the police in civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondent, are devoid of substance

and unsupported by any cogent material.

4. The Learned Assistant Government Pleader further contends that the allegations levelled against respondent Nos. 2 to 4 are baseless and unfounded. Hence, he prays that the writ petitio
