ORDER:

In this writ petition, the petitioner is challenging the action of the

respondent authorities in trying to lay the drainage pipe line through the petitioner’s agricultural land in Sy.Nos.507E/2, 5070/1, 5070/1A, 5070/1, 5070/B admeasuring Ac.0.14½ gts, Ac.0.07½ gts, Ac.0.07½ gts, Ac.0.14½ gts and Ac,0.04 gts., total admeasuring Ac.0.29½ gts., and Ac.00.18½ gts., situated at Elgedu Village and Mandal, Peddapalli District, without any authority or jurisdiction and consequently direct the respondent authorities not to take coercive steps without following

due process of law.
