This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of

respondent No.2 - Commissioner, Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA), in not releasing the final layout permission by considering application File No. 003239/FLT/HMDA/0962/ MED/2025 dated 19.03.2025 in respect of the project named ‘Sreenika Infra’ covering an extent of Acs.22- 18 guntas in Survey Nos.112 (Part), 113 (Part), 115(Part) and 117(Part) of Konaipally Village, Medchal Mandal, Medchal – Malkajgiri District, and also in not considering the representation of the petitioner dated 27.10.2025 despite compliance of all statutory requirements and closure of false complaints, as illegal

and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India.

2. Petitioner is the developer of the land admeasuring
