ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution

of India seeking the following relief/s:-

“…to issue a writ of Mandamus declaring the in-actions of the respondents in passing orders for uploading /updating entries in Dharani portal by issuing Digital Pattadar Passbook on the online Application No.2300037003 with Transaction ID No. 30T376000005219, dated 14.02.2023 filed by the petitioner are illegal, arbitrary, discriminatory, ultra vires, null and void, against the statute, abuse of powers conferred under the law, abuse of process of law and in violation of the fundamental and constitutional rights including under Article 300A of the

constitution of India, of the petitioner…”

2. Heard Mr. Mohd Rahail Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents. Perused the

record.

3. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks a direction to respondent Nos.2 to 5 to examine and pass orders on his online application bearing No.2300037003, dated 14.02.2023 pending before

respondent authorities.
