Constitution of India seeking the following relief/s:- “…to issue a direction, order or writ more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of respondent Nos.1 to 3 in not conducting the investigation in FIR No.216 of 2012 dated 15.12.2012 on the file of Central Crime Police Station, Hyderabad as illegal and arbitrary and violative of Article 14 of Indian Constitution and provisions of Cr.P.C. and consequently direct the respondents to expeditiously complete the said investigation whilst safeguarding the articles for which panchanama has been conducted on 30.10.2005 and
