This Writ Petition is filed with the following relief:

“…to issue order or direction more particularly one in the Writ of Mandamus, to declare the action of the 3rd respondent in not giving police aid/protection to protect the property of the petitioner admeasuring Ac. 0-13 guntas situated in Sy.No.396/EE, at Chityal Village and Mandal, Nalgonda District as per the orders in I.A.No.302 of 2012 in O.S.No.73 of 2012 dated 14-3-2014 on the file of Junior Civil Judge at Ramannapet as illegal and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to grant police aid/protection to protect the property of the petitioner admeasuring Ac. 0-13 guntas situated in Sy.No.396/EE, at Chityal Village and Mandal, Nalgonda District as per the orders in I.A.No.302 of 2012 in O.S.No.73 of 2012 dated 14-3-2014 on the file of Junior Civil Judge at Ramannapet and to pass such other order or orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and
