This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of
Constitution of India seeking the following relief/s:-
“… to issue a Writ, more particularly one in the nature of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents herein particularly respondent No.2 in not considering my representation dated 22-06-2024 for correction in Town Survey Land Register (TSLR) T.S.No.95 & 96, Block C, Ward 49 part and parcel of premises bearing Municipal No.5-3-945 to 5-3-958/A (proposed door No. 5-3-949/A & B), Municipal No.5-3-945 to 958/B (Proposed 5-3-950, 951, 953 & 955/A & B) and 5-3-945 to 958/C (proposed D.No.5-3-945, 946, 947, 952/A & B) to 951 and 5-3-953 & 955, Survey No.69/ Part (old), situated at Goshamahal, Mozamjahi Market Road, Nampally Village and Mandal, Hyderabad, Telangana State as highly illegal arbitrary, violation of my fundamental rights, violation Article 14, 21, 300-A of The Constitution of India in consequence direct the respondent herein particularly respondent No.2 to carryout correction/purification of records in Town Survey Land Register (TSLR) in T.S 95 & 96, Block C, Ward: 49 part and parcel of premises bearing Municipal No.5-3-945 to 5-3-958/A (proposed door No.5-3-949/A
