O R D E R:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution

of India seeking the following relief/s:-

“…to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondent Nos.3 and 4 in interfering in Civil dispute more particularly in the instant case encouraging respondent No.5 to go against the injunction order, registering a false STC, making the victim to pay fine and other illegal gratification as arbitrary, illegal and consequently direct the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to initiate an enquiry/ investigation into the incident, punish the

guilty and to pass...”

2. None appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Heard Mr.D.Pradeep, learned Assistant Government Pleader

for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4.

4. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that respondent Nos. 3 and 4 have never interfered in the civil disputes of the petitioner in any manner, and that the allegations made against them in the writ petition are baseless and unfounded. It is further submitted that the petitioner had filed a civil suit, O.S. No. 69 of 2017, before the learned XXVII Additional Chief Judge, Secunderabad, which was subsequently dismissed as not pressed on 08.03.2022. Accordingly, the learned Assistant Government Pleader prays for passing appropriate

orders.

5. I have perused the material available on record.

6. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent-police authorities are interfering in his civil disputes, whereas the respondents have categorically denied the same. Having regard to the jurisdictional limitations of the police authorities in matters of purely civil nature, respondent Nos. 3 and 4 are directed to refrain from interfering in any civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents, except in strict accordance with law and by following due process.

7. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
