ORDER:
When the matter was taken up for hearing on 19.08.2025, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was directed to be listed on 26.08.2025 under the caption ‘For Dismissal’. On 26.08.2025, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought time and the matter was directed to be listed on 09.09.2025 under the same caption. On 09.09.2025, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and the matter was directed to be listed on 16.09.2025 under the same caption. On 16.09.2025 also, learned counsel for the petitioner sought time and the matter was directed to be listed on 23.09.2025. On 23.09.2025, the matter was posted on 14.10.2025.
2. Today, though the matter is listed under the caption “For Dismissal”, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not having any interest to prosecute the matter.
3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
