2. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking a direction to the respondents to permit them for registration and to exercise web options for admission into MBBS/BDS course under Management Quota “B & C (NRI)” category for the academic year 2025-2026 in the
next phase of counselling.
3. The case of the petitioners is that they had only registered under “A” category competent authority quota. However, due to inadvertent mistake, they have missed the registration of Management Quota under “B & C (NRI)” category for admission into MBBS/BDS course for the academic year 2025-26 before 2:00 p.m. on 24.09.2025 in terms of the notification dated 22.09.2025.
