With the consent of both the parties, this Writ Petition is
taken up for disposal at the admissions stage itself.
2. This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the
Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:
“...to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the
nature of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in not considering the Representation dated 18.08.2025 without considering the Judgment dated 27.09.2023 in O.S.No.710 of 2023 passed by the XIX Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad for grant of family pension is highly illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and also violative of Articles 14, 19, 21 and 300-A of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 18.08.2025 in the interest of justice
and to pass...”
