Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned
Assistant Government Pleader for Assignment.
2. According to the petitioners, the Government has assigned land admeasuring Ac.11-38 guntas in Sy.No.262, situated at Bandalingampalle Village, Yellareddypet Mandal, Rajanna Sircilla District to their grandfather i.e., Kodumunja Rajaiah. After the death of late Kodumunja Rajaiah, petitioners have succeeded the subject property and they are in the possession of the subject property. They have filed W.P.No.10216 of 2025 to declare the action of the respondent Nos.2 to 5 in failing to consider their representation dated 11.02.2025 for grant of pattas in respect of the aforesaid land. The said writ petition was dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioners to avail appropriate This Court also observed that petitioners are not permitted to file fresh writ petition on the same cause of action.
