O R D E R:
With the consent of both the parties, this Writ Petition is
being taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the
Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:
“…to issue a Writ or order or direction more particularly
one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not providing employment to the petitioner under the displaced persons quota in terms of G.O.Ms.No.98 dated 15.04.1986 as was done in case of similarly placed persons duly considering the representation dated 22.06.2018 and subsequent representations the latest being dated 09.06.2025 in spite the 2nd respondent recommended the case of the petitioner to the 4th respondent vide his Lr.No.Al/Prajavani/2024 dated 24.07.2025 as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and unconstitutional being violative of Articles 14, 16 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for appointing her in any suitable post by considering the representation dated 22.06.2018 and subsequent representations the latest being dated 09.06.2025 and recommendation of the 2nd respondent to the 2nd respondent vide his Lr.No.Al/Prajayani/2024 dated 24.07.2025 under the displaced persons quota as per G.O.Ms.No.98 dated 15.04.1986 and confer all
consequential benefits and to pass…”
3. Heard Sri S.Ajay Kumar, learned counsel representing Sri A.K.Jayaprakash Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and
respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents have acquired the land situated at Mittlanandimalla, adjacent to the village including the house of the petitioner for the purpose of construction of “Priyadarshini Jurala Project”. He further submitted that though they have been paid amount by the Land Acquisition Officer and that being meagre amount, they are facing lot of financial problems. However, as per the G.O.Ms.No.98 dated 15.04.1986, there is a direction that displaced family has to make an application for proving employment to the concerned authority and the appointing authority has to prepare a list and send to the Government for approval for appointment. Therefore, they made representations to the District Collector-respondent No.2 on 22.06.2018 and 09.06.2025, who in turn forwarded the same to respondent Nos.3 and 4 vide Lr.No.A1 /Prajavani/2024, dated 14.07.2025 for taking necessary action. But so far, no action has been taken by respondent Nos.3 and 4. Therefore, learned counsel prays this Court to direct respondent Nos.3 and 4 to consider the same and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within stipulated time.

Having regard to the submissions made by learned counsel for the respective parties and without going into the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos.3 and 4 to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 22.06.2018 and 09.06.2025 and further in pursuance to the letter addressed by respondent No.2 dated 14.07.2025, respondent Nos.3 and 4 are directed to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
There shall be no order as to costs.
