With the consent of both the parties, this Writ Petition is

being disposed of at the admission stage itself.

2. This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the

Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:

“…to issue a Writ, Order, or Direction, more particularly one in

nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of Respondents in taping steps to consider and dispose of representations of the Petitioners herein dated on 16.06.2025, 19.06.2025, 24.05.2025 & 17.07.2025 respectively as bad in law and illegal and consequently direct the Respondents herein to adjudicate the representations dated on 16.06.2025, 19.06.2025, 24.05.2025 & 17.07.2025 respectively of the Petitioners by taking into account the Ratio laid down by the Supreme Court of India in Bimlesh Tanwar Vs State of Haryana and Ors dated: 10 March 2003 reported in AIR 2003 Supreme Court 2000 for fixing Inter Se Seniority of the Petitioners in the Cadre of Agricultural Officers under the Respondents by the Hon’ble High

Court, Hyderabad in the Interest of Justice and pass…”
