ORDER
This Criminal Petition is filed under Section
482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 by the petitioner/accused No.4, seeking to quash the proceedings against him in C.C.No.374 of 2023 on the file of learned Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum- Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class (Juvenile Court), Jangaon (for short, the trial Court), registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 of Indian Penal Code, Section 7 of Essential Commodities Act,
1995.
2. No representation on behalf of the petitioner.
3. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, by furnishing a copy of e-courts proceedings submits that cause in the Criminal Petition does not survive as the subject calendar case before the trial Court is
disposed of. Therefore, he seeks to dismiss the Criminal Petition as infructuous.
4. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall also stand closed.
