ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the
Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short ‘C.R.P.C’) by the petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.2 to quash the proceedings against him in Crime No.1001 of 2022 on the file of the Rayadurgam Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 427 and 430 read with
34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
2. Heard Mr. Lala Ramu, learned Counsel, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional
Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent No.1-State.
3. The petitioner is arrayed as accused in Crime No.1001 of 2022, registered for the offence under Sections 447, 427 and
430 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
4. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on written instructions, submits that the investigation is closed as the accused is convicted and therefore, the Criminal Petition has
become infructuous.
5. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel, pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
